Using the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product VISTEKS-S LLC twice faster processes orders, quickly analyzes warehouse stocks and manages pricing. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated more than 40 jobs, the unified information system helps VISTEKS-S LLC to increase business performance and to improve customer service quality.

During implementation the following sections were automated:

  • Sales management,
  • Management of warehouse stocks,
  • Purchase management,
  • Cash management and settlings with advance holders,
  • Pricing.

Also training of staff of VISTEKS-S LLC in work in the 1C: Trade Management 8 system was provided. For the risk minimization and errors connected with "a human factor", access rights of employees to information base are differentiated on roles.

The following results were achieved:

1. Significantly processing orders of buyers became simpler: the purchasing department receives and analyzes automatically created orders of buyers, compares with information on existence of goods in a warehouse and makes the decision on order placement to suppliers.

2. Abilities to manage stocks of 1C: Trade Management 8 allowed to reserve automatically goods in a warehouse at order placement of buyers, and in case of lack of goods – automatically to create the request to purchasing department on its delivery.

3. The system of order accounting of goods in a warehouse allowing to control stock balance in real time is implemented.

4. Financial top executives of "VISTEKS-S" had an opportunity to analyze and plan cash flow on the basis of different analytical data.

5. Five times operations on a design of the entering and outgoing payments and documents to advance holders accelerated.

6. 1C: Trade Management 8 allowed to use an accurate algorithm of pricing. From the tables Microsoft Excel which are sent by suppliers by e-mail the entering prices which are the basis for calculation of the selling prices are loaded into the program, calculation is made automatically.

Managers of sales department and service department see the actual prices of sales, the prices of installation, repair and services in the unified information system now. The new information system allowed VISTEKS-S company twice faster to process requests of clients, to plan cash flow, to manage pricing, – all this allowed to increase efficiency of business processes. Considerably, approximately for 25%, labor costs of the company are reduced by the transactions which were earlier carried out manually.

Implementation of a management subsystem stocks of 1C: Trade Management 8 allows VISTEKS-S company to organize effectively warehouse economy, to minimize warehouse stocks of spare parts and the equipment. As a result now it is possible not to overload a warehouse and at the same time buyers should not wait for long ordered goods.
