JSC Research and Design Institute of an Atomic and Power Nasosostroyeniye (VNIIAEN) starts system implementation of electronic document management and interaction management of DIRECTUM, the press service of Galaktika company in Ukraine reported on August 14, 2013.
Project Background
Using an electronic document management system VNIIAEN is going to automate office and management of business processes. Besides, along with delivery of licenses of a packet of "DIRECTUM Standard" the institute purchased client licenses of IS-Builder developer - subject-oriented tools for development and modification of an electronic document management system.
IT specialists of VNIIAEN are going to conduct system implementation independently: a system rather easily accustoms. If necessary advisory support according to the DIRECTUM system by qualified specialists of the Central office of Galaktika corporation will be given in Ukraine.
Project Plans
During implementation of electronic document management at research institute it is going to carry out integration of the DIRECTUM systems and archive of technical documentation and product data management – Search (from the INTERMEKH Minsk developer).
