VNIIEF purchased the protected licenses "MyOffice" for use on objects of KII

2020: Purchase of 400 licenses "MyOffice Standard Certified"

VNIIEF purchased the licenses MyOffice with the strengthened protection for use on objects of KII. It became known on November 18, 2020.

Within project implementation on protection of office jobs purchased 400 licenses of the software "MyOffice Standard Certified".

NIIIS the first of the enterprises of ROSATOM State Corporation implemented the project of protection of office jobs the certified software. The institute is engaged in a research, development and production of the knowledge-intensive equipment in this connection it, imposes high requirements to reliability and security of software products.

The institute purchased the perpetual certified licenses with the right of receiving updates within three years. Under the terms of licenses and also according to requirements of the order of FSTEC No. 239 "About the statement of Safety requirements of significant objects of critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation", the buyer of products of MyOffice acquires the guaranteed termless right to updates at detection of critical vulnerabilities.

The product "MyOffice Standard Certified" is intended for work with documents and e-mail at the enterprises with increased requirements to information security. The product passed a complex of tests of FSTEC of the Russian Federation and received the certificate of conformity to the 4th trust level. It allows to apply "MyOffice Standard Certified" on significant objects of the critical information infrastructure (CII).

Certification of FSTEC of the Russian Federation confirms compliance of software products to the existing requirements for information security and also guarantees timely correction and providing security updates of the software. Existence of the FSTEC certificate of Russia allows customers to simplify creation of subsystems of information security, due to use of the built-in certified protection mechanisms and also to reduce implementation cost and operation.

We work with crucial information therefore when choosing the office software key criterion for us is the full compliance to its requirements for information security for subjects of KII. During implementation of orders of the Government of the Russian Federation on transition on domestic software, we carried out market research of domestic software. Established that MyOffice is the only Russian producer of the office software of such class. NIIIS purchased the certified licenses which security is confirmed to FSTEC of the Russian Federation — Denis Sedakov, the associate director of branch on information technologies said.

MyOffice develops the Russian office solutions which provide high security of data and communication channels. Our products passed a complex of tests of FSTEC of the Russian Federation, FSB of the Russian Federation and Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and received appropriate certificates. Application of the certified products considerably reduces risks of information security that it is especially important for subjects of KII. The taken place delivery of licenses of MyOffice emphasizes interest of the organizations of such level in acquisition and use of the domestic protected programs — Dmitry Komissarov, the CEO of MyOffice said.
