The information system of Voronezh Plant of Construction Materials (VKSM Ltd) Ltd was constructed based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 1.2 software product which ceased to meet requirements of the enterprise for automation.
The management of the enterprise was made the decision on upgrade of an information system. Other information system was supposed to be constructed based on the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 software product.
As the contractor the GELA company was selected.
Specialists of GELA company conducted comprehensive examination of activity of the enterprise as a result of which there were particular purposes and project tasks, implementation queues, the scheme of application is developed"1C:ERP Enterprise management 2" at the enterprise of the Customer, adaptation and implementation of software is made.
When implementing the project the following subsystems were implemented:
- Sales planning;
- Sales;
- Purchases;
- Cash management;
- Warehouse;
- Production management without diagram of production;
- Products cost accounting;
- Non-current assets;
- Contract management;
- Regulated accounting;
- Integration with 1C: Payroll and HR Management.
During the project integration mechanisms with 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 were developed. The subsystem of sales taking into account specifics of the enterprise is finished, in particular control of an overload of vehicles is implemented, acceleration of process of creation of shipment documents is provided, completion of printed forms is made, specialized reports are developed.
As a result of project implementation the enterprise received the automated system of accounting and operational management of the current activity corresponding to the needs for automation.
