The HFLabs (HumanFactorLabs) company completed implementation Factor as the system of ensuring quality of data Oracle Customer Hub in VTB 24 bank.
Project Description
During implementation algorithms of cleaning and deduplication the Factor for data processing taking into account specifics of the customer were configured that allowed to reach percent of analysis of information automatic procedures not less than 85%.
"Factor" is connected directly to Oracle Customer Hub and is engaged in cleaning and standardization of data and also search of duplicates. During creation or updating of a card of the client all changes undergo standardization in Oracle Customer Hub in reference books "Factor" that allows to guarantee correctness of entering of information in a system. For enrichment of data the all-Russian reference books and qualifiers, such as KLADR, USRLE, Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs and other sources connected to Factor are used.
The interesting feature of implementation is that for Zack the automatic control procedures of data allowing to reveal individuals from black lists are configured (IPDL, terrorists). And for legal entities, in addition, company names are checked and missing details according to the USRLE and the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs are recovered.
"Factor" processes data on any changes in data on 340 thousand corporate clients and 12.3 million individuals of VTB 24 and on 2.3 million ex-clients of Transcreditbank. It allows to support information in the customer base in the most complete and current status. Also the Factor processes about 20-40 addresses per second. In process of implementation and connection of new banking applications loading will increase to 100 addresses per second.

Denis Guzovsky, associate director of department of banking and information technologies of VTB 24: "Preprocessing of client data showed that the share of high-quality records made about 70%. Having configured Factor during implementation, we brought this indicator to 85%. And in a year we are going to raise it to 98%. Business will be able to understand profiles of our clients more accurately, so, their requirements. Finally it will affect efficiency of marketing campaigns positively and also will reduce risks at decision making about issuance of credits".
