In VTB 24 bank the project of implementation of the comprehensive program of automation of administrative activity of bank on the SAP platform is begun. Integrator in the project Technoserv Consulting company.
Goals and Objectives
Main goal of the project - optimization of administrative activity in all divisions of bank due to automation of accounting in a single centralized system, reductions of labor costs on ensuring accounting and reporting. As the platform for implementation of this project the system of SAP was selected.
Within the project solution integration based on SAP ERP with other systems of bank, in particular HCM SAP ERP is planned.
Expectations
Results of this project will allow VTB 24:
- keep account of inventory items by uniform rules for all divisions of bank in a common information space;
- centralize maintaining basic data on material accounting (reference books of goods, services, partners, etc.);
- receive the uniform reporting under economic transactions in the conditions of the developed filial structure of bank;
- reduce load of the core banking system of bank at the expense of an output of the module of fixed asset accounting in SAP ERP.
This project lays the foundation for further development of the SAP ERP system in bank in adjacent areas, in particular in the direction of automation of maintaining the estimate of administrative expenses.
