On April 19, 2017 the Technoserv Consulting company announced implementation in VTB 24 bank of technology Paperless office. Development and pilot implementation executed Technoserv Consulting company in two months.
Project Progress
Implementing a system Paperless office, VTB 24 will equip with tablets jobs of the managers accepting visitors. Clients of bank will be able to append the signature directly on the screen of such tablet, but not on the paper document.
The project is characterized as pilot – a system passes test in several departments of VTB 24. It is expected that project implementation will allow the customer to save up to 430 million rubles a year, on condition of a total failure from paper in those workplaces where employees meet clients and sell them products[1].
Economy is planned due to expense reduction for paper, pens, service of printers and cartridges to them. Cost reduction on logistics and recovery of the lost paper documents is expected.
The bank did not comment on the price of implementation of Paperless office, however noted - the project will pay for itself in six months. These calculations include economy on printed materials and expected sales growth. In addition to money a system should save time of employees which is spent on printing and filling of paper forms, signing of each sheet.
Specific Features
During a pilot project Paperless office interacts with a system on the Oracle Siebel CRM platform and service of generation of Sms. With implementation this list will be replenished with storage systems and displays of electronic documents. Connection of biometric services of user identification at the beginning of work with the tablet is possible.
In a pilot project Samsung tablets are used, however implementation should be implemented on Apple tablets.
