Thanks to the implementation of the program, VTB Bank managed to increase the efficiency of internal procurement processes, collateral services, real estate rental, recruitment and accommodation of personnel, document management and accounting. The speed of formation of operational and management reports has been increased significantly. The savings in the wage fund of the relevant divisions have increased, operating costs for renting space have been reduced.

During the project, the IBS team implemented and developed information solutions in a number of areas. Among them: property management, office rentals and employee accommodation, including management of income and expenses on real estate, rent and utilities, management of rental value; accounting of the lease under the MSFO16 in accordance with the regulation of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 659-P; management of fixed assets, intangible assets, motor vehicles, including management of the value of movable and immovable assets; Manage the operation of these assets and calculate taxes on them.

All solutions are integrated into the bank's ecosystem. A number of personnel management tasks were also completed and a technological expertise was provided on the basis of the SAP S/4HANA platform.

The implementation period of VTB Bank's digital transformation program was three years. At its peak, the project employed more than 200 IBS employees. Distinctive features of the program: · a quick start in the production of basic real estate functionality - in six months; · implementation and launch of SAP UVHD functionality throughout VTB Bank, including central offices, branches and foreign divisions in India and China - in one year; · digitization of 1.6 million square meters. m of premises integration of this data and with ERP a solution; · launch of more than 70 integration flows on more than ten systems; · implementation of enhanced functionality within the second wave of implementation; · commercial results.

Less than nine months have passed since the team was assembled before the start of the productive operation of the system, despite the fact that the work was carried out during the pandemic in a remote format, - said Nikita Rybchenko, head of the department for technological development of general bank systems, senior vice president of VTB Bank.

The implementation of such a large-scale project became possible thanks to the well-coordinated actions of each involved party - ranging from consultants and developers who built a future system according to "bricks," ending with representatives of the bank's top management, who set the strategic vector of the program and identified priorities in accordance with this strategy, - said Vladislav Kostromin, IBS project manager.
