"VTB Bank Ukraine" reduces search time of documents the software solution of IBM

PJSC VTB Bank Ukraine and Russia / CIS IBM corporation completed the project directed to creation of the uniform digital repository storing an array of customer information of 161 departments of VTB Bank in Ukraine. As the software solution applied IBM FileNet Content Manager

Solution

The solution integrated with the existing infrastructure of Bank allowed to reduce time spent for search of the necessary document from several to several o'clock minutes. IBM FileNet Content Manager will provide employees of the bank with secure access to ordered content, will allow to avoid duplication of documents and to use information in the joint work mode.

Subject

The uniform digital repository of client profiles represents the centralized storage of electronic copies of paper documents. In storage the entering information in a format the scan images is categorized, index data are appropriated to documents that allows to perform search and extraction of necessary information for the minimum terms. It is possible address the documents which are stored in a digital repository by means of the web interface of archive. After implementing solution the possibility of automatic control of correctness and entering of changes into profiles of clients appeared.

Result

Implementing solution took place by forces of Galantis Ltd company in the first quarter 2011.
