2024: Transition to ETrH

Valenta Farm switched to EDO in cargo transportation with the help of the Contour, which announced this on June 11, 2024.

Eliminating paper documents will streamline business processes and improve the security of operations in the industry.

The transition took place in several stages. At the first stage, the Contour specialists studied the company's processes and determined scenarios for cargo transportation. The Logistics service was then integrated with the SAP ERP accounting system. The first test trip took place in early February 2024: Valenta Pharm, as a manufacturer of medicines, acted as a shipper, and one of the three large distributors acted as a consignee.

The use of ETrH increases the efficiency and efficiency of logistics processes, as well as makes the industry more transparent. Data on transportation is promptly received by the state information system for the exchange of electronic transportation documents (GIS EPD) and, if necessary, transferred to government agencies.

Valenta Pharm plans to completely abandon paper bills of lading by the end of 2024 and draw up documents in electronic format.
