Dymzavod restaurants and other VAMS Family establishments have digitized service using Okdesk. Okdesk (Cloud Solutions) announced this on November 10, 2025.

The solution allowed you to increase the speed of applications, increase the transparency of work and create a database for analytics and optimization of the team.

Previously, maintenance requests were recorded in work chats in instant messengers, where messages were often lost, and tasks were duplicated. This made execution control difficult and created operational chaos.

To eliminate difficulties in work and ensure transparency at all stages of work, the VAMS Family service department has implemented the Okdesk platform. Now all information on the application can be seen in a single interaction channel: the status of the appeal, the performer, the time spent on work and photos of the work performed. This allowed the team to eliminate the need to communicate in disparate chats and significantly reduced the burden on dispatchers. The function of automatic distribution of applications for a specialized specialist made it possible to refuse the hotline. Today, 30 specialists work on the platform, 10 of whom are field technicians who perform applications using a mobile application.

The digitization of the processes of the service department helped to speed up service, optimize the load on technicians and obtain objective data for analyzing repeated incidents, as well as ensure control over the performance of work.

The solution made it possible to significantly reduce the time for fulfilling applications, increase the transparency of the service and the quality of service. The next step will be the implementation of the FAQ knowledge base, where employees can quickly find all the information they need. Okdesk is ideal for this task and will simplify the processes of training and exchange of knowledge within the team - said Vadim Vyaznikov, founder of the VAMS Family restaurant group.
