The Velikiye Luki "Plant of the electrotechnical equipment" equipped the negotiation hall with means of VKS

On July 31, 2017 the Yunitsolyushns company announced equipment of the negotiation hall for the Velikiye Luki "Plant of the electrotechnical equipment" (ZETO) means for holding sessions of a video conferencing and TrueConf Server implementation.

Project Tasks

For increase in the interoperability layer between the central office, remote branches and persons which are at exit works, the management of ZETO made the decision to implement TrueConf Server video conferencing server and also to organize the negotiation hall expected 11 participants at the central office.

The task to equip the negotiation hall of the plant with all means, necessary for holding sessions of VKS, was set for "Yunitsolyushns":

• displays of removed participants and multimedia materials;
• wire congress system;
• panels of the chairman and delegates;
• the system of audio control, an echo - and noise reduction;
• switching system.

Solutions for VKS

The Samsung UE75JU6400U LED TV allowing all participants to see clearly all graphic materials and also video from removed participants acted as means of display. The display resolution 4K provides a high detalizirovannost of the image. As the TV is placed at the distance which is not allowing to connect it to the PC on HDMI because of signal losses the extender HDMI on the twisted pair cable Foxun SX-EX11 was used.

For capture of video the professional PTZ camera CleverMic Uno with the high-quality Sony CMOS 1/2.8 sensor" 12MP was used. This camera has 12 multiple zoom and wide angle of the overview — 72.5 degrees. The camera can be connected to the PC on USB and also on HDMI to a payment of capture or a video mixer. For placement of the camera at a distance from the PC 20 meter hybrid CleverMic USB cable were used.

A congress system is based on the wire BKR U450M block to which consistently connected the panel of the chairman of BKR BLS-4511C and 10 panels of the delegate of BKR BLS-4511D. Each participant has the personal narrowly targeted microphone that allows to minimize excess noise and effect of an echo.

In addition to a congress system, for capture of a sound the analog Shure BLX1288E/CVL K3E radio system combining professional sound quality at simple setup and the intuitive interface was used.

Function of mix of audio of flows is performed by a professional audiomixer of Phoenix Audio Octopus. This audiomixer has built-in DSP (digital signal processor), eliminates excess noise and an echo. Also the audiomixer is equipped by the built-in 40 W amplifier that allows to connect to it the columns providing the volume level, sufficient for a small and medium conference room.

Project Results

As a result of the done works at the Velikiye Luki "Plant of the electrotechnical equipment" there was a system of a video conferencing providing comfortable negotiation process between the central office of the organization and remote branches.

From August to October, 2016 integrator TrueConf the project on implementing solution was executed TrueConf Server.
