The Verkhnekolymsky ulus of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic created municipal programs using the Designer of programs of BFT

May 18, 2015. The Verkhnekolymsky ulus of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic announced automation of development process of municipal programs in municipality, on the basis of the configured templates of the Designer of programs of BFT.

The designer of programs is developed by BFT Company as the versatile tool allowing to automate and simplify process of structure formation of the municipal program.

Result

Use of the Designer of programs allowed developers of municipal programs of the Verkhnekolymsky ulus of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic:

• create the system of municipal programs of the Verkhnekolymsky ulus based on federal and regional approaches and the best practice of other municipal entities;
• consider modern approaches to formation of basic elements of programs, including federal and regional requirements to the system of indicators;
• use the "knowledge base" of problems, purposes, tasks, actions and indicators which is saved up by BFT based on development of municipal programs;
• accelerate transition of the Verkhnekolymsky ulus to the program budget with minimization of time and labor costs.
