Project Results
For October 17, 2016 in a warehouse of a pharmzavod "Verteks" storage of pharmaceutical raw materials and ready medicines is organized. Using narrow-passage racks of Jungheinrich with height of storage of 14 meters in a warehouse 6.2 thousand pallets on the area of 4.1 thousand m ² are placed.
Two EKX 515 narrow-passage Jungheinrich pilers managed in a semi-automatic mode, two electric fork EFG 216k loaders, the flood EJC 110 piler and two horizontal pickers of orders – ECE 225 and ECE 220, service processes of stacking and movement of goods.
In a pharmaceutical warehouse safety conditions are especially important: both people, and manufactured goods. The Verteks company uses expensive raw materials, and one pallet of finished goods can cost tens of millions of rubles. Therefore in a warehouse of the company the system of navigation which works with the help of the transponders installed in a warehouse floor was implemented and intended for auto manual control by movement of machines on warehouse passes. It increases passive security, allows to lower a human factor. Yury Legochkin, the project manager of sales department of the system Jungheinrich equipment in St. Petersburg |
