The VERTICAL hotel implemented by NAI Becar company selected the contractor on connection to an information and telecommunications network, and rendering services in the territory of hotel which became Miran company. Within cooperation of shopping Mall Miran applied at the organization of IT infrastructure modern technologies which not only helped to save means to the owner of an object, but also positively affected quality of the rendered services for hotel guests. The VERTICAL hotel in August already received the first guests in hotel. When choosing solutions for connection of television, telephony, the Internet, internal service functions of hotel the Miran company stopped on the most advanced solutions. Unlike the analog systems, for work of these programs of rather single cable network that allows to cut down the total costs of infrastructure.

Result

For hotel modern communication systems and television allow to render a broad spectrum of additional services: have access to channels to HD quality, watch video on demand, use phone numbers out of hotel, receive calls from the computer, send and receive faxes and other. The head systems of telephony, television, software of management of hotel are located in new modular data center of Miran company that will allow to avoid further additional expenses on the similar software when entering other hotels.

Operating costs on management of network infrastructure, for the owner of hotel, thanks to the implemented solutions, will allow to reduce significantly staff of the personnel involved in ensuring operability of services of hotel. As a rule the engineers who are responsible everyone for the service service are on the staff of hotel. Convergence and consolidation of services in "uniform" service for hotel and in "set" of services for the client allows to save about 1 million rubles of operating costs annually.
