Vitek - the supplier and the producer of snacks in the Ural region, confectionery, popcorn, corn sticks and brushwood. The enterprise constantly expands the distributor network. Vitek which is a part of Vitapolyaros Company, is widely known in the market of production and sale of confectionery more than 20 years and performs deliveries not only on the Ural region, but also across all Russia and Kazakhstan. Now the main activities of Vitek is production: corn sticks, chips, confectionery (Sweet Snow souffle), brushwood, popcorn. The enterprise always aims to expand the range and releases not less than 2 new products a year.

More than 100 employees work at the enterprise. The structure of the company includes production, sales department, accounting, logistics, supply and marketing. Dynamic development of the enterprise led to increase in production and, as a result, to need of increase in employee performance. The company was faced by a problem of development of the system of indicators and the subsequent its automation. The enterprise already had the software product - "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.2" therefore the decision was made for benefit of an automated system "by 1C: Management by objectives and KPI", already existing accounting system having a single platform with.

In December, 2013 within 2 days the coach of Volgasoft company Alexander Germanovich Belov held a strategic session at the Vitek enterprise within which the following subjects were considered:

· Strategy and performance management of the company;

· Development and management of indicators of activity (KPI);

· Management of qualitative indexes;

· Remuneration for results. Personnel management;

· System implementation of goals management and automation.

According to the results of a working session the system of indicators (KPI) was developed for 20 positions, and knowledge and skills received on a training allowed company management to develop indicators for other employees. As a result in February in the company the accounting and the analysis of effectiveness of employees on indicators began to be carried out.

Using the software product "1C: Management by objectives and KPI" was involved in process of goals management 40 employees (40 control objects). The program was integrated into the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.2 configuration. Allowed to implement the project at the enterprise the modern management system adapted to features of own business. GP "VITEK" among the main effects notes:

· The payment system by result (KPI) allowed to optimize wage fund;

· There was a confidence in the reliability obtained by the management of information on indicators;

· A possibility of operational reporting about work of divisions and the enterprises in general;

· Due to control of tasks and instructions the level of performing discipline increased.
