Content

On June 18, 2018 The First BIT company announced automation of jobs in clinics of the Georgian holding Vivo Medical Group by means of system implementation "1C: Medicine. Hospital". The program allowed Vivo Medical Group hospitals to adjust processes of information transfer between their laboratory and departments, to reduce quantity of errors at data entry and also to reduce load of doctors.

Project Objectives

The management of medical holding Vivo Medical Group decided to increase number of clients of clinics, to increase service quality and service rate. For implementation conceived to holding it was required to automate all circuits of accounting and management in clinics. With it it was helped by The First BIT company.

Project Progress

To Chelyabinsk the office "The first BIT" needed to deal with features of work of clinics to select the solution under specific objectives and to adjust processes of information transfer between laboratory of clinics and medical departments. Also implementation experts had to configure integration of the program "1C:Medicine. Hospital" with the laboratory managerial Terra Lab system.

The project was implemented by the First BIT in 6 months in the terms discussed with the customer.

Project Results

300 jobs were as a result automated: registry, doctors, heads.

System "1C:Medicine. The hospital" allowed to reduce time for preparation of information for acceptance of effective management decisions.

Processes of the movement of data between laboratory and Vivo Medical Group clinics were adjusted thanks to what doctors quickly see results of researches: they should not spend time to call in laboratory, to write letters and to check regularly mail. Having logged into the system, doctors see terms of preparation of analyses and their results. It helps to trace the patient's status in dynamics and quicker to set the diagnosis. Thereby they can accept more patients.

As a result using the program "1C: Medicine. The hospital" to holding was succeeded to increase service quality in clinics. At the expense of it the probability of the repeated appeal of patients to Vivo Medical Group hospitals increased.

The delay and errors in such affairs time can cause the deplorable risks threatening with deterioration in health of patients, and afterwards – the impaired a little reputation of hospital. Process automation of activity of medical institution allows to minimize risks or to prematurely remove the causes of their emergence".
