Vladkhleb completed implementation of WMS

On October 30, 2013 the company ASTOR announced the beginning of the project of complex implementation of management systems for logistics and optimization of logistic processes of the JSC Vladkhleb enterprise.

Project Tasks

The company ASTOR will render a full range of services regarding logistic consulting and will implement software:

• RS.WMS ASTOR is management of a warehouse
• RS.TMS ASTOR is a management system for transport

Project Progress

On March 12, 2014 the company ASTOR announced project completion of system implementation of logistics management.

In 2013 department of logistic solutions ASTOR booked general audit of structure of logistics of the customer.

Problem zones in business production processes, warehouse and transport logistics were defined.

During the project specialists of the contractor offered and implemented stages:

• software implementation of management of a warehouse is RS.WMS ASTOR 2.0 (software for management of the transport yard of YMS is a part);
• software implementation for routing of motor transport is RS.TMS ASTOR;
• completion of a corporate information system of "Vladkhleb", on sections of order taking, production planning, personnel management;
• integration into the automation system of selection Pick-to-Light from the Dutch company PCData B.V.;
• the development and deployment of the scheme of shipment of goods allowing the enterprise to use most effectively the logistic resources.
