Project Results:

The management and divisions obtained information on an actual (operational) balance of Inventories in warehouses; Accounting of Inventories and OS is arranged; There was supply control – input of primary documents takes place in one department. There takes place initial check on compliance with the signed agreement. With respect thereto "uncontrollable" deliveries directly to divisions are excluded.
