"The Vodokanal of the city of Roslavl" automates work with subscribers

On July 17, 2014 it became known of an implementation project in an IT environment of VKH Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise of the city of Roslavl of the software product "Vodokanal: settlings with the population" from the Business of IT company.

Project Results

For the organization of operational work with clients, the management of the enterprise made the decision on implementation of a complex "Vodokanal: Settlings with the population".

The main project deliverables in two months of hard work of the Business of IT command:

• The subscriber base from an old system is transferred;

• Data exchange modules with agents of charges of payments (Sberbank, Russian Post) are developed;

• The data exchange module with department of social protection, about exempts is developed;

• The receipt is developed for mailing to subscribers;

• Setup of base taking into account specifics of work at the same time of two legal entities is performed (one works on water supply, the second in water disposal);

• Setup of work of remote sections (cash desks), the cities which are in different areas is performed;

• A group transfer on separate standards for cold and hot water is made;

• Control of closing of the period according to the results of work of the first month.
