In May, 2012 the implementation project of Business Process Management Suite and electronic document management of ELMA started.
Vodokanalservice it is created on September 26, 2003 as a result of reorganization by conversion of the state unitary enterprise "Vodokanalservice". The enterprise has several divisions and branches on all to the Republic of Tatarstan.
JSC Vodokanalservice solves problems of the organization of providing consumers with services of heat and water supply, channeling using enormous experience of qualified professionals. Work of the enterprise is connected with processing of a daily flow of requests documents from the population concerning payment, connection and to other services.
Workflow automation and consolidation of all branches and divisions in a common information space - the main objectives which were set by company management at the first stage of implementation of ELMA Today routes of documents and an order of their approval are automated and also work with requests is accurately adjusted. In spite of the fact that the project started rather recently, the staff of head office and divisions already estimated advantages of the internal ELMA corporate portal, and the management had an opportunity to exercise control of performing discipline and to increase efficiency of all enterprise.
At the first stage of implementation there was an understanding and the need for more large-scale automation of activity Vodokanalservice: collecting of data from filial structures online, assessment of the current situation for introduction of correction of management and also the system of motivation of staff of the enterprise. Therefore the next stage plans implementation of the module "KPI: management of indicators".
