The Advanta Group company completed the first stage of implementation in the Vodokanalstroy company which is engaged in design, construction and repairs of engineering networks.

The main objectives set by the Customer were:

operating control over expenses in projects at the different levels; centralization and consolidation of information on objects in one place, including finance, documents and the arising problems. For operating control over expenses, the module of collection of information on the spent materials and automotive equipment was configured. The created reports allowed to reveal in what departments there is an increase and cost reduction. The module sales management and agreements was in addition configured.
