Staff of the Volga-Kama bank began in January, 2014 trial operation of a document management system and tasks the THESIS. EDMS is designed to automate completely control of performing discipline, process of registration and approval of documents and also to increase performance of employees-operators due to optimization of labor resources and working time.
The Volga-Kama bank performs the activity for 23 years and is one of the oldest credit institutions of the Samara province. Divisions of bank work at the territory of the cities of Samara, Togliatti, Saratov, Novokuybyshevsk, Pokhvistnevo and Kinel. Specifics and scale of activity assume active work with the large volume of documentation. For the purpose of increase in efficiency of control of performing discipline, ordering of corporate business processes, acceleration of work with documents and optimization of working time of employees the management of bank made the decision on system implementation of electronic document management. The cross-platform, convenience of the interface and also easy synchronization of the solution with other systems of organization became the main requirements to EDMS.
After consideration and testing of several software products the document management system and tasks of TEZIS was selected. According to Andrey Koritsky, the head of information technology of JSC Volga-Kama Bank, "the majority of systems are strictly tied to any certain platform which requires essential additional costs on acquisition and installation. We paid first-priority attention to cross-platform of the solution, a possibility of easy integration with systems which are already set in bank. In this case EDMS THESIS completely meets our requirements".
In the Volga-Kama bank the stage of trial operation began. Advantages of work at EDMS were already estimated by heads of additional offices. In the course of system implementation of TEZIS in bank such processes as were completely automated: control of performing discipline, registration of the entering documentation, approval of documents, processing and passing of requests.
