In April, 2017 the implementation project 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP on Volgogradoblelektro was implemented.

At head office, branches of society and production sites the single platform allowing to automate a part of business processes is implemented, computers in more than 500 workplaces are united In a single communication network. After accounting automation, there was a need to automate office-work processes.

At the time of adoption of this solution, the Direct project company successfully carried out a complex of works on implementation of the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management software product at the enterprise. As a result of holding necessary competitive procedures, PJSC Volgogradoblelektro signed with Direct Project LLC the agreement on design and commissioning of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP system.

The contractor performed works on automation of office-work based on the standard software product. Using the mechanism of business processes entering the standard software product "1C: Document Flow" schemes of the movement of documents between employees whose duty includes work with these documents were implemented.

For the purpose of restriction of unauthorized access to documents the system of roles and signature stamps of access was customized. In the project progress the following areas of accounting of documents were automated:

  • Work with incoming documents
  • Work with outgoing documents
  • Work with internal documents

Using the mechanism of business processes work with meetings was also automated:

  • Preparation for a meeting
  • Holding meetings
  • Control of execution of solutions on results of the held meetings.

In course of execution of the agreement the contractor provided user training to work with the customized system and also prepared instructions for simplification of independent mastering of work with a system. The following results were achieved:

  1. Reliability augmentation of storage of electronic document revisions (due to use of uniform information base)
  2. Simplification of control of a current status of documents.
  3. Acceleration of search of the electronic document revision.

Implementation of the program affected all divisions of the enterprise which management at once noted cutting of costs of time for document handling, for their search and transfer to the necessary employees. During "circulation" of paper documents on offices and people, uncertainty and confusion, delays and losses were noted. Having automated document flow business process, we analyzed the gained effect. As well as developers promised, time for search of the necessary documents was reduced approximately by 50%, losses of documents — are excluded, process of approval of papers — almost for 50%.

At the enterprise provision on electronic document management was accepted that allowed to identify users in a system and to assign to users of a system responsibility for actions or failure to act in the EDMS, to equate the signature of the user on paper carrier with an electronic form of work on business processes.

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Training in group at office of the customer

  • Maintaining nomenclature of affairs
  • Office-work
  • Accounting of agreements
  • Accounting and control of execution of instructions
  • Accounting and document storage
  • Time recording
