2020: Creation of low budget dispatching system

May 26, 2020 The circle of NPF reported that it increases cost efficiency of heat supply of Volsk.

The Volskteploenergo company is a regional supplier of thermal energy and hot water to consumers of Volsk and the Volsk district of the Saratov region. The majority of boiler houses of the enterprise require permanent presence of operators.

The management Volskteploenrego determined by a main objective of the project increase in cost efficiency of heat supply of consumers.

The decision on creation of low budget dispatching system (ASDU) with transfer of all small boiler houses to automatic boilers without permanent presence of service staff was made.

Implementation of ASDU based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex is planned in several stages. The first phase – creation of TsDP in Volsk and the organization of supervisory control of the boiler house without service staff in the village of Nikolaevka is completed.

Collecting and preprocessing of data is performed by the industrial DevLink-C1000 controller and modules of input-output of DevLink-A10 series.

The automated workplace of the manager based on the SCADA KRUG-2000 provides display, recording and archiving of information and also remote control of the gas valve.

Cost efficiency of implementation of ASDU is provided:

• transfer of work of boiler houses to "deserted" technologies and economy of wage fund
• the operational notification about emergency situations and their timely liquidation
• increase in accident-free life of the equipment of boiler houses.

In 2020 expansion of dispatching system by connection to ASDU of three more boiler houses of Volsk is planned.
