Vorkuta clinic implemented a management system for NeuroniQ queue

On December 11, 2017 the Technologies of the Future company announced State-funded health institution of the Komi Republic Vorkuta clinic system implementation of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ.

For the purpose of increase in availability and quality of medical care the management of clinic pays special attention to development of the information and technical direction. For the solution of assigned tasks specialists of Technologies of the Future company provided medical institution with an electronic queue in registry on 5 jobs with a possibility of prerecording.

The most optimal solution for this clinic became installation of the floor terminal allowing to receive the coupon in registry; each workplace is taken by the board of the operator reflecting number of the called visitor; also a system includes the LCD screen with a diagonal of 32 inches on which information on shared state of queue is displayed.

Ordering of process of acceptance of patients in clinic creates a favorable situation for visitors and personnel. In addition, possibilities of an intelligent system of NeuroniQ allow to create the electronic reporting under indicators of service of patients of clinic and on the basis of data retrieveds to create the most effective structure for rendering medical services.
