Voronezhsintezkauchuk of the beginning production management system implementation

On April 13, 2016 the IndaSoft company announced an implementation project of a production management system (MES) in JSC Voronezhsintezkauchuk, the enterprise of the holding "Sibur" System Implementation of Production Management (MES)^[1].

Project Tasks

Within the project the complex of works on replication of the solution (MES) is executed.

Production "Voronezhsintezkauchuk" (2014)

The project task — to increase production efficiency of the Sibur enterprises by means of automation of production business processes, operational planning of resources, to increase quality of products, to reduce losses of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished goods.

Functional problems of the first stage of implementation:

• primary production accounting;
• accounting of energy resources;
• accounting of the movement of materials;
• account of lots of products;
• control of processes of draining/filling (unloading/loading);
• control of parameters of quality;
• monitoring of development/distribution/consumption of TER;
• control of technology indicators of production process;
• management of compoundings (process charts).

Functional problems of the second queue of implementation:

• statistical check of production process;
• control of performance indicators (CPI);
• the analysis of production efficiency by criterion of VPR;
• control of shutdown of deblokirovochny keys.

At design of the sample solution MES for JSC SIBUR Holding it is provided and further it is implemented (at replication on the platform of JSC Voronezhsintezkauchuk) integration with the implemented system of the top level SAP ERP and information systems of the enterprises of holding.

Implementation of the integrated systems of level MES also ERP provides business processes of production, accounting and management accounting with a timely flow of reliable data from the production rate. At increase in the detail level of accounting to job lots and transactions it lowered labor costs and human errors.
