March 26, 2015. The Parus corporation announced end of system implementation "PARUS Enterprise 8" in JSC Votkinsk Plant.

Project Progress

Based on software "Parus Enterprise 8" a system inside - and intershop accounting of DSE is developed and implemented in 30 workshops of the main and auxiliary production (parts and assembly units). About 700 representatives of shop personnel are involved in work with a system (masters, podgotovitel, schedulers, the staff of production and dispatching bureau). The system of accounting of work of production workers allowing to make planned daily tasks the worker and to make out uniform work tickets on compensation is also implemented in 10 workshops of the main production. At the moment about 300 employees from among ITR and shop personnel are involved in work with a system, and the total quantity of users of a system PARUS at the enterprise is about 2500.

Besides, on the basis of software "Parus Enterprise 8" the system of certified material accounting is developed. It allows to keep account of the received materials by certificates of manufacturing plant, certificates of warehouse economy and shop certificates, also in a system account tested, the conclusions about the admission of material in production is kept.

Result

In a project deliverable the labor input of business processes decreased and the quality of information increased. So, for example, at the enterprise in a month about 20 thousand intershop delivery delivery notes which in the past were made out manually form, and then were perforated by operators in a system, at the moment they are created in electronic form using NSI. At the enterprise a common information space is created. Divisions of supply, marketing, economical and legal departments, accounting, warehouse economy, production department, workshops of the main and auxiliary production are connected to a system Parus. The management of the enterprise timely, online, obtains reliable information necessary for acceptance of effective management decisions. In particular, a system Parus gives an opportunity of monitoring of activity of the enterprise on the basis of products arrival reports on a warehouse, about course of production, the signed agreements and their execution created and the executed orders made by DSE, etc.

In the closest plans of JSC Votkinsk Plant — to perform automation of cost accounting of products at each stage of value adding, calculation of completeness of products and accounting of use of the equipment in workshops.
