Votkinsk plant, TSK (THESIS)

TSK Votkinsky zavod Ltd, delivering heating and hot water in the large Ural city of Votkinsk, purchased and implements EDMS THESIS for workflow automation.

The Votkinsk Plant heatsales company is responsible for delivery of heating and hot water supply to consumers in two districts of the city of Votkinsk – Central and Near the station and also in the neighboring settlement of Beryozovka. In a zone of activity of the enterprise – 165 separate buildings (including office spaces and objects of the social sphere), 373 apartment houses with hot water supply and 368 apartment houses with heating.

The company selected basic edition of a system for automation. In the basic editorial office EDMS possibilities of automation of work with documents, activity of office and control of execution of instructions and tasks are implemented.
