January 21, 2015. The April Software company announced complex implementation[1] of the solution "the Tavern: Nano" with connection of a retail store equipment in cafe restaurant in Sloboda hotel.
Need for automation of accounting and management accounting of cafe restaurant appeared for a long time. However, systematic and purposeful implementation it was not made in this connection Kvashennikov N.A. could not obtain all necessary information for management of an institution.
Tasks
The following became priorities of automation of cafe:
- Automation of a workplace of the bartender and managing director.
- Automatic separation of payment of the order for different fiscal registrars.
- Possibility of different options of payment of orders.
- Acceptance and order placement.
- Accounting of specifics of preparation of dishes.
- Drawing up process chart of a dish.
- Printing of brands on places of preparation of dishes.
- Design of arrival of goods, services and fixed assets.
Choosing a Solution
1C specialists: April Software, having analyzed needs of the customer and specifics of work of cafe restaurant for Sloboda hotel, suggested to implement a complex product "Traktir: Nano", intended for automation of small restaurants, cafe, bars, allowing to obtain all necessary information for management of an institution from uniform access point.
Project Progress
In parallel with the choice of the software product, there was a need of acquisition of a retail store equipment, namely monoblocks and the printer of documents. So, for effective work of cafe a call for Posiflex KL-100 printers, the ATOL VIVA touch terminal and the check Posiflex Aura-8800L-B printer (USB, LAN) were purchased.
Complex implementation of the software product "Tavern: Nano" with connection of a retail store equipment was performed by the technical lead of Department of Automation of 1C: April Software. As the Sloboda hotel is in the Vladimir region, direct departure to the customer was required.
1C specialist: April Software performed all necessary works for full use of functionality of the solution "Tavern":
- Configured the software product directly under the customer's request
- Connected and set up a retail store equipment in two workplaces (a monoblock for the bartender; the printer of brands for the cook in kitchen)
- Individual training of staff of cafe restaurant taking into account specific features of accounting was provided.
Result
As a result of automation of cafe restaurant in Sloboda hotel the system of booking of visitors, their automatic transfer on kitchen is considerably simplified. The cafe manager, in turn, had an opportunity in the online mode to receive the full activities report of waiters and structure of work of cafe in general.
