2020: Expansion of opportunities Microsoft Dynamics 365 using Korus CRM Messengers

Corus Consulting Group expanded functionality of the CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Wärtsilä Digital Technologies company, equipment supplier and the software for navigation (is a part of the technology Wärtsilä group) using the module Korus CRM|Messengers. Now crews of the ships can quickly consult with a support service of the company via popular messengers and social networks: WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram and Facebook Messenger, reported on August 26, 2020 in Corus Consulting Group.

During run crews of the ships can have a need to contact the coast to ask a question or to get advice. Instead of expensive satellite communication WhatsApp was used: the user sent the message, and specialists of a support service "Vyartsilya Digital Technologies" answered from one office mobile phone. Further information from users was manually transferred to the CRM system. For process optimization "Vyartsilya Digital Technologies" decided to integrate messengers with Microsoft Dynamics 365 using ready "Korus CRM|services Messengers "and" Korus CRM|Notify", developed by Corus Consulting Group.

Specialists of Corus Consulting implemented IT solutions, integrated them with CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and adapted for specifics of the customer: translated services into English, developed schemes of routing. Now all communications automatically remain in the CRM system, and calls via messengers will be readdressed on phone. Thanks to the ready-made solution "Korus CRM|Messengers" employees "of Vyartsil Digital Technologies" conduct communication with crews of the ships in a single window that allows to build quickly omnichannel interaction for permission of difficult situations, to arrange and simplify communication and also to browse the history of interaction.
