The IT project of JSC VimpelCom (a brand "Beeline) is directed to Mobile Quality Analyzer (MQA) to carrying out regular dimensions of quality of the mobile Internet, implemented by the company Open Technologies.

The Mobile Quality Analyzer project the software Asimus is the cornerstone of Light production of Kvalinet company sistems, allowing to receive the user characteristics of quality and to carry out the centralized analysis of providing service of the mobile Internet. Measurements are made on key figures of merit from the point of view of subscribers: time of access to network, availability, speed and continuity of connection.

Carrying out and removal of results of measurements are performed by means of special mobile application, Android installed on the smartphone with the operating system. Each 5 minutes the test picture of the jpeg format of 1.5 MB in size (if for the beginning of measurement the smartphone is registered in 3G network) or 200 kb is downloaded (if for the beginning of measurement the smartphone is registered in network 2G). Regardless of the region of Russia downloading happens from the centralized resource located in Moscow under the http protocol that provides identical conditions and the mobile Internet in real subscriber conditions allows to estimate service quality. Results remain in the database for further processing, creation of reports, diagrams and other analytical information. This information supplements internal condition monitoring of network and data on results the drive tests, creating the full analysis for effective planning and optimization of network.
