Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) successfully completed implementation of the software product "1C: Management of the construction organization" in Vympelsetstroy company. The Vympelsetstroy company performs construction and design and exploration work, executes wiring and commissioning, engineering and design of power objects. We offer project engineering and design of power objects.

At the time of implementation of the software product "1C: Management of the construction organization", regulated accounting in the company was kept in the solution on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Due to the development of the company and growth of amount of works the management of the organization needed a specialized system for complex automation of construction. Tasks which needed to be automated:

• Financial planning - budgets, cash flows, credit and cash plans, financial results.
• A financial analysis - calculation of financial performance, the loudspeaker in relation to other periods.
• Accounting and tax accounting - accounting of financial activities of the organization, the obligatory reporting.
• Estimate pricing - calculation of cost of construction, drawing up all types of estimates, accomplishment accounting, work with normative collections.
• Personnel management - work with applicants, a personnel DB, the system of qualification, job descriptions, the OT systems, calculation of ZP and UST.
• Accounting of productive activity - accounting of accomplishment of SMR, resource consumption, the request taking into account adjustments.

After market research of IT products the software product "was selected by 1C: Management of the construction organization" as the solution has necessary functionality and has optimal implementation cost.
