The project of automation of accounting in WALENGXI LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

WALENGXI LLC renders services in preparation of railway tank cars, tanker trucks under filling oil products and repair, performs maintenance of drain and bulk devices, executes the running uncoupling repair of freight cars. The developed network of structural divisions, experience and complex approach to rendering services allowed WALENGXI LLC to win strong positions in the railway market and to provide stable partnership with the leading Russian companies — JSC Russian Railways, JSC Freight One, Gazpromtrans LLC, Baltranservice LLC, JSC Slavneft Oil and Gas Company and others.

Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to specifics of activity of the enterprise. As the partner in implementation and maintenance of a system the company "was selected by 1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) as it has staff of qualified specialists and has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises.

During implementation by specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) installation and setup of a system were made, user training in workplaces is provided, methodological and consulting support is given.

In total 5 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting;
  • Tax accounting;
  • Payroll calculation.

As a result accountant officers and finance division got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually. The number of errors in accounting decreased. Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the enterprise is in the future planned.

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Individual training at office of the customer
