The Drinks and Burgers bar implemented a biometric system of accounting of time of BioTime

The biometric system of accounting of time BioTime is implemented in recently opened in Vladivostok Drinks and Burgers WEST bar (UK). It at the beginning of July, 2017 was stated by the company BioLink Solutions.

With the purpose to adjust control of a time recording of employees the management of WEST management company addressed to BioLink Solutions. For the solution of this task it was offered to use the system of biometric access control BioTime.

At an input to the work area the terminal with the scanning module is installed. Coming and leaving work, the employee puts a finger to the terminal and registers a worked time. Also lunch breaks, smoke breaks and other absences of personnel are noted. It allows not to carry with itself cards and, at the same time, disciplines people: the fingerprint cannot be left at home or "to lend" to the colleague, the biometric terminal of a time recording it is impossible neither to deceive, nor to persuade "not notice" delay, emphasized in BioLink Solutions.

Data from the biometric terminal it is broadcast to the BioTime server where they are consolidated. There is an automatic formation of reports which can be received by e-mail, to see in 1C or to receive from mobile application. The head of department in real time on the screen of the smartphone sees delay and absences of employees and also operational information about different abuses of regulations of the internal labor schedule.
