On February 12, 2018 the company of Technology of the Future announced installation of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ in the Simferopol department Water of the Crimea.
The management system for NeuroniQ queue on 18 jobs is installed in state unitary enterprise of the Republic of Crimea Water of the Crimea. The equipped office of department in the city of Simferopol will be able to accept visitors of the enterprise as an electronic queue now.
The functionality of a system includes:
- 2 terminals;
- 2 TVs;
- 18 boards for operators;
- 18 panels of quality evaluation;
- 18 virtual operator consoles
In addition to standard functionality, thanks to the NeuroniQ system, visitors will be able to register previously in acceptance through the booth of registration and also to leave the opinion on service quality. The system module of quality evaluation will allow to create the broad picture of a customer loyalty on each operator at whose window the finger tip control allowing to put down a mark will be installed. Thanks to it, the management of the enterprise will be able to see the detailed report on results of satisfaction with service on each employee.
