2023: Implementation of the K-Team corporate portal based on 1C-Bitrix 24

On January 10, 2023, KORUS Consulting Group announced the introduction of the K-Team corporate portal based on 1C-Bitriks24 into VI-ON. The platform has become a single point of access to internal services and information, united the team, simplified the work with the company's document management, including a system of familiarization with regulatory acts and regulations.

The 1C-Bitrix 24 corporate portal has already worked in WE-ON GROUP, but employees almost did not use it due to inconvenience and lack of the necessary functionality. After analyzing the needs of the team, management decided to move the processes to another, more flexible and up-to-date platform. After assessing the cost, implementation time and functionality, the company chose the K-Team corporate portal from KORUS Consulting on the basis of the usual 1C-Bitrix 24.

The team completed the first two releases of the project: developed the portal architecture, transferred data from the old site, changed the design in accordance with the company's corporate identity. Configured integration with internal Active Directory and 1S:ZUP information systems to synchronize user list and company structure. KORUS Consulting experts have implemented more than 20 modules: a contact guide, a knowledge base, news, polls, a convenient messenger, tasks, storage and editing of documents, projects, an employee profile, company services and much more. For a dialogue with managers, they created a section "Direct Line," where each user can ask their own question to the general and technical directors. There's also an event calendar, an office map looking for colleagues, a New Employee section and Priority WE-ON club with various corporate offerings.

The K-Team intranet has become a single workspace and information space that brings together WE-ON GROUP employees. Internal services have become more accessible and transparent, the time for searching for contacts and information has decreased. News targeting has increased staff interest in company reports, events, special offers. In early 2023, the project team filled the corporate portal with content and gathered feedback from key users. The plans include adding adaptation of other employees to the portal, a corporate gift store, and improving the section with employee ideas.

Work on the project has not yet been completed, but the result is already visible - communication between colleagues has improved, the loss of employees' working time for routine tasks and information search has decreased, the number of available corporate services has increased, commented Anton Bobrov, Director of the Corporate Services Department of KORUS Consulting Group of Companies.

The main value of WE-ON GROUP is people. It is important that the team feels comfortable, because the well-being of the company depends on it. Employees should be able to freely, easily and quickly access any necessary information, documents, services, loyalty systems. Staff support and the creation of a convenient single workspace was the impetus for the creation of a portal.
