Welkom constructed the information management system based on technologies of SAP

In Welkom company, the GSM operator in Republic of Belarus, implementation of the information management system using functionality of SAP is complete. A system covers processes of accounting, controlling, management of financial flows, logistics, motor transport. The project is implemented by EPAM Systems company.

The long period of trial operation of a system belongs to features of the project that promoted business process optimization and elimination of errors in its work. For users of a system full-scale training was provided, and for the subsequent consultation and support the special service group is organized. It allowed to minimize the risks arising at similar large-scale projects, to provide the most effective and reliable use of the created information system.

Further implementation of the functionality providing the solution of such tasks as financial management, real estate administration and lifecycle of assets is planned.
