Zapsibkombank together with Compass Plus company implemented the loyalty program "Pluses from Zapsibkombank". In the project the TranzWare Loyalty software product is used.
Results
The loyalty system is integrated with Internet-bank service, a supplier of the solution for which is also Compass Plus. Clients of Zapsibkombank have an opportunity far off to configure options of the Pluses from Zapsibkombank program, changing settings in Internet bank where it is possible to select category of the seller at whom the client wants to receive a discount.
