Than White Bird reserved the scheme of power supply

On November 3, 2015 the Technoserv company announced the beginning of operation of gas-piston mini-power plant at the enterprise of agro-industrial holding "White Bird" "Technoserv"^[1].

Project Tasks

"A main objective of creation of mini-thermal power plant is decrease in product cost due to reduction of a rate for electrical energy. Own electric power at cost is 2.5 times lower that leads to decrease in product cost. By calculations of specialists implementation of this project will give annual economic effect about 13 million rubles, - Vladimir Gornostayev, the CEO of White Bird Kursk company said.

The second purpose of creation of own power plant - the round-the-clock and regular power supply of the enterprise.

Told ermines that blackout more than for 20 minutes leads to almost complete loss of products of poultry farm. Own generation will help to provide the enterprise with reliable reservation of power supply and will remove risks of loss of products.

Project Results

At the heart of thermal power plant gas-piston engine of production FG Wilson, Leroy Somer generator and system of utilization of heat of the Russian production. All equipment is placed in two all-weather container covers equipped with utilities.

"Tests of mini-power plant began at the end of September and showed complete readiness of an object for input. With official start of power plant the new stage of work on real loading and passing of confirmation of project calculations of cost efficiency began", - Dmitry Butorin, the head of competence center in the field of power of Technoserv company noted.
