Prerequisites of the Project

In this case it is about purchasing managers. Orders formed manually, the property of the person to be reinsured conducted to orders above real requirement and, respectively, to an excess remaining balance and freezing of money.

In addition, the company had no tool for tracking of reliability of suppliers. In turn, it led to the missed sales.

ABM Inventory choice reasons

  • Reasonable price as the solution is cloud.
  • The methodology of a system is based on replenishment of warehouse/shop according to consumption that allows to avoid excesses and not to get to the missed sales.
  • Existence of the block of analytics
  • Consultation and customer training at all stages of the project.
  • Technical maintenance after project completion.
