In Wikimart the industry integrated solution for retail from SAP is implemented

In January, 2016 SAP CIS and Wikimart announced start in productive operation of a complex of solutions on the SAP platform.

For support and acceleration of growth rates in the company are implemented: industry integrated solution for retail which cornerstone the innovation SAP HANA platform is, a resource management system of the enterprise — industry solution of SAP for Retail, the analytical SAP BusinessObjects system and also a system for management of the warehouse SAP WMS complexes. Transfer of business processes to a common information space based on SAP solutions will allow Wikimart to provide to buyers goods not only from own range, but also from partners: more than 2 million goods will be available in all network including 41 own and 1439 partner points of issue of orders. Earlier such opportunity was only for 100 thousand goods from own range of Wikimart.

The company is going to develop the business in two directions at once: e-commerce and offline trade. In addition to the online store opened in 2011 in 2015 there began work "Wikimart-center" — shop warehouse of 12 thousand sq.m in Moscow, the quantity of points of express issue of Wikimart-Express grows: in their capital already more than 30, the similar network is created in Novosibirsk.

Technology upgrade was necessary for Wikimart for the further balanced development of two key segments: achievements of high accuracy and dynamism of management processes. Having refused the separate IT systems which were not providing the necessary speed of scaling and reliability of support of business, the company transferred processes to a single platform of SAP.
