In World Gym bar accounting of transactions of retail is automated

In club of network of World GYM fitness clubs of bars it is automated using the software solution "1C: Retail 8".

Task

Heads of one of World GYM fitness clubs decided to equip bar with the modern equipment for fast tinning of clients. It was expected that it will increase service quality of visitors at the expense of the speed of formation and payment of orders. And as clients of club are rather exacting to service quality, as a result of automation also the loyalty of visitors should increase.

The customer looked for the solution which would allow to create full-fledged outlet at small costs (less than 100,000 rubles). Except the affordable price, the program should be simple in mastering, and the interface — intuitive even for the novice user. For the customer it was desirable that a system could work on the terminal with the touch screen.

Solution

Fully the basic version "1C: Retail 8" conformed to all requirements. Experience of consultants in selection of solutions for automation of points of trade and a public catering, professional work in the course of implementation caused reduction in cost of the project for 10%, unlike plans of the client. At the same time the complex of works included installation and setup of the equipment (the POS terminal, a fiscal registrar, the printer of checks), test operation of a system and personnel training.

Results

It became much more convenient to consider credit and debit transactions, and visitors of club receive the ordered drinks and dishes from the menu of fitness bar quicker.
