On June 17, 2021, Lenovo, with the support of NORBEL, took part in the update of the computer fleet of the World Technology group of companies, one of the distributors of imported special equipment in Russia.

The distribution company faced the need to update computer equipment in accordance with the requirements of foreign manufacturers. For example, CLAAS diagnostic systems requested specific laptop configurations. And the presence of damage could lead to the withdrawal of the guarantee for the goods. For timely maintenance of equipment and maintenance (quality) of corporate service, the company decided to conduct a tender for the purchase of laptops.

NORBEL specialists selected Lenovo devices that met the distributor's request for servicing the entire list of equipment, including monitoring the condition of self-propelled machines: combines, tractors, sprayers and loaders. Thanks to the supplied laptops, the service engineer not only receives information from the manufacturer's online catalog, but also conducts electronic diagnostics of equipment. One screen shows all nodes that require maintenance, minimizing the skipping of critical points.
