X5 Retail Group started IT infrastructure of electronic factoring

On September 6, 2016 the Neoflex company announced the project of development of IT infrastructure of electronic factoring by request of X5 Retail Group.

Neoflex creates IT infrastructure of electronic factoring for X5 Retail Group on the basis of industrial integration and BPM platforms open source (Opensource).

The integration solution of automation of exchange of legally significant electronic documents (YuZEDO) of the company and electronic factoring platforms practically without completions of the accounting systems is executed.

Project Results

The functionality for electronic interaction of the company with factoring platforms ensuring safety and integrity of the transmitted data is created. The integration solution allows to modify easily the current business processes of information exchange with factoring platforms and to connect to process according to similar schemes of new partners.

The solution architecture is created on the basis of industrial integration and the BPM platform open source providing the guaranteed delivery of messages to the accounting system of the debtor, imposing and verification SQES (the strengthened qualified electronic signature) and preserving of legally significant documents in electronic archive. Use in the project of products open source allowed to minimize licensing costs and maintenance. Modularity of creation of architecture provides stability and scalability of the solution, allowing to change at the same time rather quickly operating or to integrate additional components into a system.

It is the first integration project of the company for factoring business though we already cooperated with factoring company: in 2012 we built the data warehouse in VTB Factoring company based on own reporting system and analytics of Neoflex Reporting. I think that emergence in factoring of demand for industrial integration is a consequence of requirements of business to fall forward of processing and growth of volumes of transactions by means of e-document flow. Use of the integration gateway allows us to minimize costs for connections to any factoring platforms and adaptation to different schemes and operation modes in terms of business logic and technical integration. It allows us to simplify essentially, and sometimes and to exclude ERP system completions and to considerably reduce terms of implementation of business solutions. The Neoflex company helped us to implement the solution on the basis of program components open source quickly, precisely, with worthy quality and with the minimum costs.
