Project Tasks
Personnel management process optimization was required for the Russian division of the world restaurant company.
The web application developed by GMCS company expands possibilities of a corporate system of personnel management on the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER platform and reduces load of HR division of the customer.
Project Progress
The solution is from a personal account for employees of YUM! Brands Russia, convenient services for specialists of department of personnel management and managers of restaurants. In a personal account the staff of restaurants can independently issue the request for a holiday, a business trip, to keep track of the status of their consideration, to print a set of necessary documents, to browse a status of the personal account, including information on awards or collectings, the history of transfers and dynamics of salary change and also to make a request in HR service, using a feedback form. The relevant list of subordinates, with a possibility of obtaining reports on absences of employees is available to managers of restaurants in a personal account. Input of a worked time is performed by the staff of restaurants independently in a personal account.
Project Results
For specialists of HR division the functionality of management of transfers and temporary movements which use provides correctness of a time recording of employees and payroll when opening new restaurants or a recomplete set of operating is implemented. Besides, the possibility of the online analysis of a worked time, printing of necessary forms, managements of requests of the employees arriving through a personal account is implemented.
GMCS cooperates with YUM! Brands Russia several years within technical support of the automated control system for personnel on the basis of software "BOSS-personnel officer".
