In the Yakut city hospital No. 3 the Clinic without Registry project is implemented. On November 13, 2020 the Press center of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic in Moscow reported about it. Instead of a usual rack of registry, on all hospital 15 electronic devices for making an appointment with the doctor will be placed. Coordination of patients will be made by specially trained administrators. For November, 2020 there is an approbation of the solution and personnel training.

The Yakut city hospital No. 3 walks in step with information technologies. The pandemic accelerated these processes. We implement absolutely other standards and essentially we change approaches to the organization of process of assistance. The next step to it is taken is the Clinic without Registry project is implemented, - the chief physician of the Yakut city hospital No. 3 Svetlana Davydova reported.

Implementation of this system will allow to get rid of mass accumulation of patients on 1 floor of hospital and to minimize contacts between people that is important for prevention of a koronavirusny infection.

Of course, new products are always implemented not smoothly. At first, perhaps, we will face misunderstanding from our patients, but for this purpose already we train our administrators who will help and explain. I think, over time infomats will become the daily and necessary equipment. It considerably saves time and simplifies write process to the doctor, - the chief physician shared.

Transition to such model of hospital was preceded by a lot of work: construction of the building, carrying out personnel work, transition to electronic medical records, change of infrastructure of hospital, new routing of patients. For example, the translation of all usual paper clinical records in an electronic format took about 10 years. Now at each doctor in a workplace computers with the program through which he can write and direct the patient to all types of researches, to acceptance to other specialist are installed. The patient can obtain if desired the statement and necessary information on hands. For operational work tablets with the same programs as in a workplace are issued to doctors of "kovidny" crews.
