• Shopping Mall Yalta Transport Company addressed to AYTOB company for acquisition of the software product 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS, the enterprise, completely compatible to the accounting system. After the presentation of a product and receiving consultations on all available questions the company purchased the software product and the license for one workplace. Delivery of software product 1S:TsSM goes without protection and the user can replicate dispatching jobs now using only keys for 1C: Enterprise platform 8.
• Implementation and setup of a system of satellite GPS of GLONASS of monitoring was carried out by forces of specialists of shopping Mall Yalta Transport Company and took place in the shortest possible time. After implementing solution and training of the manager of the company in work with observation system behind transport company management was the project implementation results are summed up. Program 1C TsSM has the open code for independent completion / modification by the consumer's specialists that GLONASS of monitoring of transport is the only and unique solution in the market satellite.

Result:

The tasks set for a control system of transport transportations and control of fuel consumption were successfully solved in full.

• the accountant obtains data on actual vehicles mileage, gas stations, fuel consumption, idle times and development of drivers.
• the company management receives summary reports on efficiency of all vehicle fleet and each car separately, successfully performed tasks, outstanding tasks and the reasons of failure of their accomplishment, cost of each delivery and expenses on transportations on all vehicle fleet.

Accounting of all data retrieveds in a single system of 1C allowed:

• compare normative data on development with actual
• keep account of service maintenance, idle times and repairs
• calculate actual expenses on each vehicle separately and on all vehicle fleet in general.
