Yamburggazdobycha

The IBS company completed the project on creation of an automated system of preparation of the corporate reporting for Yamburggazdobycha company. As the platform the SAP product BW was selected.

Need of creation of a single system of the corporate reporting for the gas company was caused by labor input of preparation of the reporting manually and complexity with formalization of algorithms when reporting for multifilial structure of the enterprise.

Creation of reporting system was executed within the project on deployment in the company of an end-to-end management information system based on SAP ERP as which contractor the IBS company acted. These ERP systems are an original informatin for preparation of the reporting.

The project consisted of two parts: creations of a system of the industry corporate accounting consolidated statements (EYE) and system of the management corporate reporting. The first stage started in May, 2005, by July, 2005 in a system the most irregular report forms were received, and the become OKO forms were implemented until the end of 2005. During 2006 works on creation of the management corporate reporting were conducted.

Use of a system allows to increase quality of the provided reporting, as due to unification of algorithms of report generation for different branches of the company, and thanks to opportunities of tracking of correctness of information registered in the accounting system. The mechanism of interpretation (drill-down) implemented in a system allows to analyze aggregated data with detailing up to separate economic transaction.

Users of a system are more than 100 people.
