ATC-M200 was used more than 30 years, Avaya more than 15.

During this time their functionality and reliability very much decreased. Were interested they replacement by functional solutions with opportunities Call center, the built-in CRM and further expansion of functionality under ours are necessary. Selected between Avaya, Switchvox, Panasonic, commercial solutions on Asterisk.

Selected the project from MyAsterisk. A system has all functions necessary for us including the VPN server for connection of remote subscribers. Involved to the module CRM, conferences and online monitoring of statuses of trunks, subscribers and others.

2 months joint development of technical specifications of the project for step-by-step commissioning by specialists of MyAsterisk was conducted. Implementation happened in 2 stages, on the first commissioning, on the second - implementation of wishes of the Customer on adding of new functionality of modules of conferences and monitoring of a system.

  • Total quantity of users - more than 500.
  • 350 subscribers are connected using FXS gateways.
